Co-founder

With 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Mrs. Marcela Silva has developed extensive expertise in recruiting across the Americas. She possesses deep knowledge in the financial, construction, pharmaceutical, retail, and high-tech industries, enabling her to build executive, sales, trading, and operations teams in record time.

Mrs. Silva has played a pivotal role in startups for international companies, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing business operations, applying her recruitment and staffing expertise to support company growth. Throughout her career, she has led several staffing services companies, where she gained a profound understanding of clients’ needs and mastered the intricacies of staffing and outsourcing management.

As a specialist in Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Competency Evaluation, Mrs. Silva brings a holistic approach to her HR strategies.

Mrs. Silva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has completed two specializations in Human Resources at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Mrs Silva is currently under certification in Human Resources Management in McGill University in Canada.

Co-founder

Mr. Andres Iracheta is a seasoned finance executive. With over 20 years of experience, he has honed his expertise across all areas of corporate finance and accounting, in addition to strategic planning, payroll management, organizational leadership, and operational execution.

Within Mr. Iracheta’s career he held significant roles at leading international corporations such as PwC, where he specialized in assurance and transaction services, and Schindler Elevators, where he served as Finance Controller in Mexico, Regional Controller for Latin America, and CFO in Canada.

Currently, he is the Managing Partner at ADC Finance. With offices in Mexico City and Toronto, where he offers a range of services, including bookkeeping, tax services, payroll management, Fractional CFO support, strategic and financial planning, business process automation, and soft-landing services between Mexico and Canada.

Mr. Andres Iracheta holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Technology, Sydney. Mr. Iracheta is currently enrolled in York University to complete the CPA Certification from CPA Ontario.
